Weather Note:!! Don’t let a few drops of rain get you down… Grand Beach is BEST when the course is damp! There is very little “mud” in the area, and the course holds up great with a little moisture! Come down for some fast riding! (that is if it even rains at all:)))

The Course: Enjoy riding an extended lap of the beautiful Grand Beach single track course! Race it or just ride it's really up to you! Whether you choose to battle for endurance supremacy or just enjoy a rip in the woods, we hope you will choose to join us as at Grand Beach Provincial Park as we kick off an amazing mountain bike season here in Manitoba!

The Grand Prix Team Relay is our Main Event! Take turns riding as many laps as you desire on a team of 2-4 riders. Teams can consist of all male, mixed (all gender/any gender/no gender), or all female participants. Each team member must ride at least one lap of the course for their team to qualify for prizing. There will be a Grand Prize for the team that rides the most laps within the 4-hour time limit. Choose your teams carefully! Mixed teams will receive a bonus lap, while all-female teams will receive 2 bonus laps towards their team’s final lap count! Registration is individual, but please have a team name chosen and be ready to list your team-mates at registration!

The Grand Prix Solo Event -Ride as many laps of our beautiful course as you can or desire with no-one else to worry about! Categories are male and female solo. (Transgender, Gender Fluid, and Non-Binary participants may choose whichever of the two categories makes them most comfortable). Prizing will be proportionally based on field depths.

Kids Races -We have races for kids aged 6-13 years old. Kids ride laps of a beautiful but shortened course.

Manitoba Summer Games Qualifying Event -For youth 11-14 years old who wish to participate in a Cup-race style qualifying event for Manitoba Summer games. Riders will ride a special course targeting ideal lap times and duration for the U13 and U15 event criteria.

NOTE on ages: We do not recommend the main event races for youth under the age of 13 as the full course has some difficult sections and may be in excess of 9km per lap. However, it is up to parental discretion if a young rider is deemed safe and capable of riding the adult course. Please contact us with questions!
